March Break activities at museum
Posted Mar 12, 2010 By EMC NewsEMC Events - Need a fun place to take your children over March Break? The Goulbourn Museum is offering two exciting events: Take a Break: Crafts and Activities on Sunday March 14, and For the Birds: Create a Home for your Feathered Friends on Tuesday March 16.
Take a Break: Create fun crafts and enjoy the activities to kick off March Break and get in the mood for St. Patrick's Day! The event costs $2 per child (ages four to 12 years-old) with all materials included.
For the Birds: Construct and decorate your own unique birdhouse just in time for spring! Custom kits include all required wood and hardware. This events costs $20 per child (ages eight and up), all materials and light refreshments included.
Join your children at the Goulbourn Museum and watch as they create these beautiful crafts. Please call 613-831-2393 or email education@goulbournmuseum.ca to register and guarantee a spot.
In addition to the crafts and activities, visitors are encouraged to explore the Museum's feature exhibits, including our latest exhibit The 100th Regiment of Foot. Please note: our History Centre will be closed on March 14.
