EMC Sports - Brianna Delaney of Stittsville is continuing her record setting ways with the Robert Morris University Colonials women's hockey team.

She scored the only goal of the game last Saturday, Jan. 28 as the Colonials defeated the Niagara Purple Eagles 1-0 in a College Hockey America game in Pittsburgh, home of Robert Morris University.

It was Brianna's 51st goal of her career with the Colonials, moving her to within one goal of tying the team's all-time goals record. In addition, the goal ran her career point total of 115 which is a record.

The goal, which came as a result of a wrist shot from point-blank range with only 6:02 left in regulation time, was also Brianna's eighth game winning goal in her career.

This ties her for all-time record for game winning goals at Robert Morris University.

This is Brianna's fourth and final year playing for the Robert Morris University Colonials. She is a graduate of Sacred Heart Catholic High School in Stittsville where she played for the school's girls' hockey team.
